Grilled codfish in orange sauce
Oil- as required
For the orange sauce
Orange sauce- 3 oranges
Cornflour- 2 tsp
To make the orange sauce, heat the orange in a deep pan and reduce to a third of the volume; take off the heat.Let the sauce cool, add two teaspoon of cornflour and mix thoroughly so it thickens.
Season the cod with salt-pepper and brush the grill with oil. Put the cod on the grill over high heat on both sides.
Serve with the sauce.
